By accessing this website or using LevelStack services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services

LevelStack provides website design and hosting, reputation management and review request automation, and missed call text back services for home service contractors and local service businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are described in the written agreement or order form between LevelStack and the client.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, including licensing details where applicable
• Maintain any required rights to content, photos, and logos provided to us
• Use messaging features in compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements, including consent and opt-out rules
• Request reviews only from genuine customers, and never offer compensation in exchange for a review

No guarantee of results

LevelStack does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, review counts, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, pricing, service quality, and how quickly a client responds to opportunities.

Third-party platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms such as search engines, review platforms, and messaging carriers. Those platforms set their own rules and may change them at any time. LevelStack is not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Fees and billing

Fees, billing frequency, and term length are set out in the client agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already served.

Intellectual property

LevelStack retains ownership of its platform, systems, templates, and underlying technology. Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets and content provided to us. Website content produced for a client is licensed to that client for use in their business.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the client agreement. On termination, access to LevelStack systems and automations ends.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from use of the site or our services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
